King Tower with various types of multi-station cold heading machine to meet the different fastener production, include Four-die Four-punch machine, Three-die Three-punch machine, Two-die Four-punch machine,Two-die Three-punch machine and Single-die Machine.

CNC Machining Services

King Tower has programmable CNC machines and automatic lathe machines,  it can be used in the manufacture of various precision parts. Our CNC process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 1 day. 

Thread Rolling Process

King Tower offer both internal and external threads and head knurling services,  precise, and reliable thread formation. Whether you need standard threaded fasteners or specialized custom threads, our thread rolling machines can meet your specific custom fastener needs.

Fasteners Secondary Process

King Tower provide one-stop service includes secondary operations associated with custom fasteners, like Grooving, Cross Drilling, Slotting and additional finishing options like galvanized, chromate plating and Dacromet coating, to enable the quickest product turnaround in the specialty fastener.
