Material

Available raw materials include carbon steel, stainless steel 304/316 and brass. Carbon steel provides cost-effective structural strength; stainless steel features excellent rust resistance for harsh environments, while brass offers good thermal conductivity for hot-melt installation.

Surface Plating

Standard surface treatments cover zinc plating, blue trivalent chromate with wax, nickel plating, passivation, polishing,electrophoretic black. 

Size

Thread sizes range from miniature M2 to heavy-duty M16, with customized outer diameters, lengths, knurl pitches and flange thicknesses supported. Metric thread is mainstream, and UNC/UNF inch threads are available upon request.
