Custom Carriage Bolt Solution: Tailored for Protection and Precision

Our customer required carriage bolts with a specialized finish: a blue-white zinc-plated body paired with a black-painted head. During transit, the painted heads were at high risk of scratches and damage, which would compromise both appearance and quality. Standard bulk packaging would not meet their requirements for defect-free delivery.We worked closely with the customer to deliver a fully customized solution:

  • Manufactured the bolts to exact specifications, including custom dimensions and the required blue-white zinc plating.
  • Applied a durable black paint coating to the bolt heads, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish.
  • Implemented individual PE bag packaging for each bolt, eliminating contact between units during shipping and protecting the painted heads from scratches.

The individually packaged bolts arrived at the customer’s facility with zero head damage, meeting their strict quality standards. This project highlights our capability to provide end-to-end customization—from material selection, surface treatments, and dimensions to tailored packaging solutions—ensuring our clients receive fasteners that perfectly match their unique requirements.
