On our stock items there no minimum order, our custom fasteners depending on the fasteners type and size, and plus tooling cost.

We can provide product dimension reports, salt spray test reports, material composition reports, SGS reports, and REACH reports. Please note that third-party certified SGS reports and REACH reports will be at the customer's own expense.

You can contact us via phone and email. Knowing the size or have the drawing of the screw or bolt you are looking for beforehand is helpful but if you don't know, no worries, we'll help you find what your looking for.

If you're having issues with any of our screws, bolts, nuts, or other fasteners products, all it takes is a phone call or email and we'll make the effort needed to fix the problem. For custom fastener orders, we will not refund errors (wrong size, length, diameter, or other problems encountered during use) made on the customer side but will gladly exchange them for the right fasteners.

If an existing mold is available, sample lead time is 1–3 days. If a custom mold is required, sample lead time is 5–15 days, depending on the complexity/specifics of the custom screw.

Yes, we will showed 2D drawing to you check and confirm before sample produced.

Yes, we provide PPAP documentation to customers in the automotive industry.

Yes, we have a catalog complete with product case study in different industry and we're happy to send you samples of our screws, bolts, or nuts in any of our custom designs to test before you purchase. Email or call to request a catalog and/or samples.
